Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We offer shipping to a wide range of destinations. Shipping fees, when applicable, are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

For security reasons, we are unable to deliver orders to P.O. Box addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package until it arrives.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically prepared within 5–6 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Express Shipping

If an express shipping option is available at checkout, eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off will be processed on the following business day.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.

For certain orders, a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times, delivery costs, customs duties, and import taxes may vary depending on the destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes

Where required by applicable laws and regulations, taxes may be applied to your order. Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.
